In these Terms, the expressions “Nordem Studio”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ABSC 2026 LTD.

Nordem Studio sells home products, including ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, accessories and other home comfort products.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing the website, using our services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Use of the website and purchases made through Nordem Studio are also subject to:

  • the Shipping Policy;

  • the Return and Refund Policy;

  • the Privacy Policy;

  • the Cookie Policy;

  • any specific conditions indicated on the relevant product page.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the website or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights granted under the applicable legislation of the country, state, province or territory in which the consumer resides.

3. Requirements for Using the Website

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the minimum legal age required in your country to enter into a valid contract.

If you use the website on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.

You agree to provide information that is:

  • complete;

  • truthful;

  • accurate;

  • up to date.

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.

4. Products and Information Available on the Website

We make reasonable efforts to describe and present our products as accurately as possible.

Product pages may contain information relating to:

  • measurements and dimensions;

  • materials;

  • colours;

  • included components;

  • power;

  • voltage and electrical frequency;

  • installation methods;

  • features;

  • compatibility;

  • intended use;

  • estimated delivery times.

Images are for illustrative purposes. The appearance of colours may vary depending on the screen, device settings and lighting conditions.

Wood and other natural materials may present differences in colour, grain, knots and texture. These natural variations do not constitute a defect where they do not affect the safety, functionality or conformity of the product.

Decorative accessories, furniture or other objects shown in photographs are not included unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Before purchasing, the customer must verify that the product is compatible with:

  • the available space;

  • the type of ceiling or wall;

  • the supporting structure;

  • the electrical voltage and frequency;

  • the installation environment;

  • applicable local regulations.

5. Product Availability

All products and orders are subject to availability.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not guarantee its reservation.

If a product is no longer available after the order has been placed, we will contact the customer and, where possible, propose:

  • a new availability date;

  • an alternative product;

  • cancellation of the item;

  • a refund of the amount paid.

We will not replace a product with a different model without the customer’s consent.

6. Purchase Process

To place an order, the customer must:

  • select the product and the relevant variants;

  • add it to the shopping cart;

  • enter the shipping and billing information;

  • select the payment method;

  • review the order summary;

  • confirm the purchase and the corresponding obligation to pay.

Before confirmation, the customer may review and correct any errors.

After the purchase, we will send an automatic email confirming receipt of the order.

The automatic email does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

The sales contract is considered concluded when:

  • we send the shipping confirmation; or

  • we expressly communicate acceptance of the order.

7. Right to Reject or Cancel an Order

We reserve the right to suspend, reject or cancel an order before shipment in the following circumstances:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • there is an obvious pricing error;

  • there is a technical error on the product page or during checkout;

  • payment information is incomplete or invalid;

  • payment is declined;

  • there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud;

  • a payment method has been used without authorisation;

  • promotions or discount codes have been abused;

  • the quantity ordered is inconsistent with a purchase for personal use;

  • unauthorised resale activity is suspected;

  • delivery cannot be completed in the indicated country;

  • legal or regulatory obligations prevent us from accepting the order.

If the amount has already been charged, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency available for the selected market, which may include:

  • United States dollars, USD;

  • British pounds sterling, GBP;

  • Canadian dollars, CAD;

  • Australian dollars, AUD;

  • New Zealand dollars, NZD;

  • other currencies available during checkout.

The applicable price is the price displayed when the order is confirmed.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may contact the customer to:

  • confirm the order at the correct price; or

  • cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

9. Taxes, VAT, GST and Customs Duties

Applicable taxes are calculated according to the destination country, state, province or territory, local legislation and the information displayed during checkout.

Where required, prices may include applicable taxes.

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, applicable VAT may be included or calculated during checkout.

For orders delivered to the United States, applicable state or local sales taxes may be added during checkout.

For orders delivered to Canada, applicable GST, HST, PST, QST or other federal or provincial taxes may be included or added during checkout.

For orders delivered to Australia or New Zealand, applicable GST may be included or calculated during checkout.

Some orders may be shipped from fulfilment centres located outside the destination country.

The Shipping Policy or checkout will indicate, where applicable, whether customs duties, taxes and import charges:

  • are included in the price;

  • are paid in advance by Nordem Studio;

  • must be paid by the recipient.

Nordem Studio is not responsible for charges imposed directly by customs or tax authorities where such amounts are not included in the order and this circumstance was disclosed before purchase.

10. Payment Methods

We accept only the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Depending on the country, available methods may include:

  • credit or debit cards;

  • PayPal;

  • Apple Pay;

  • Google Pay;

  • Shop Pay;

  • other authorised payment systems.

Payments are processed through specialised service providers.

Nordem Studio does not directly store the complete card number or its security code.

The customer confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be subject to security and fraud-prevention checks.

11. Shipping

Shipping costs, estimated times, delivery methods and available countries are indicated during checkout and in the Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates unless a binding date is expressly indicated.

An order may be shipped in several parcels. In this case, the customer may receive:

  • separate deliveries;

  • different tracking numbers;

  • parcels delivered on different days.

The customer must provide a complete, accurate and accessible address.

Nordem Studio is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, unless the error is attributable to Nordem Studio.

12. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the consumer when the product is physically delivered:

  • to the customer;

  • to a person designated by the customer;

  • to an expressly authorised delivery location.

If the customer independently selects a carrier that was not offered by Nordem Studio, the risk may pass when the product is delivered to that carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

If the parcel appears visibly damaged, we recommend that the customer:

  • photograph the packaging;

  • photograph the shipping label;

  • report the damage to the carrier;

  • retain the packaging;

  • contact us promptly.

Failure to report the damage immediately does not remove any legal rights relating to a faulty or non-conforming product.

13. Delays and Events Outside Our Control

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • customs inspections;

  • strikes;

  • exceptional weather conditions;

  • natural disasters;

  • transport disruptions;

  • government restrictions;

  • carrier problems;

  • conflicts;

  • extraordinary unavailability of logistics networks.

In these circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and reduce the effects of the delay where possible.

This section does not limit the consumer’s rights where delivery does not take place within the agreed period or within the period required by applicable law.

14. Changing or Cancelling an Order

To request a change or cancellation, the customer must contact us as soon as possible at:

contact@nordemstudio.com

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled if it has already been:

  • processed;

  • sent to the warehouse;

  • prepared;

  • handed over to the carrier;

  • shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, the customer may use the applicable return procedure.

15. Right of Cancellation

Except where exclusions provided by applicable law or this Policy apply, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify us of their decision to cancel or return the purchase without having to provide a reason.

For customers outside the United Kingdom, this 14-day period is offered as Nordem Studio’s contractual change-of-mind return policy, without affecting any additional mandatory rights available under local law.

In the case of an order delivered in several parcels or on different dates, the period begins upon receipt of the final product or parcel.

To exercise the right of cancellation or request a return, the customer must send a clear communication to:

contact@nordemstudio.com

After communicating the cancellation or return request, the product must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided and within the periods established in the Return and Refund Policy.

The complete conditions relating to:

  • product eligibility;

  • condition of the returned product;

  • return costs;

  • return address;

  • refund times;

  • exclusions;

are available in our Return and Refund Policy.

The 14-day return period applies to eligible orders delivered to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand as a contractual Nordem Studio return policy, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.

16. Personalised Products

Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, the right of cancellation or contractual change-of-mind return may be excluded for products:

  • made to measure;

  • clearly personalised;

  • modified according to the customer’s individual specifications;

  • manufactured specifically in a non-standard configuration requested by the customer.

The personalisation must be clearly indicated before the purchase is confirmed.

17. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If the product received is:

  • damaged;

  • faulty;

  • incomplete;

  • different from the product ordered;

  • not consistent with its description;

the customer must contact us at:

contact@nordemstudio.com

To allow us to assess the request, we may ask for:

  • the order number;

  • photographs of the product;

  • photographs of the packaging;

  • videos showing the problem;

  • the shipping label;

  • the serial number or model;

  • a detailed description of the fault.

The request for photographs or videos is intended to facilitate the handling of the claim and does not limit the customer’s mandatory consumer rights.

Depending on the problem and applicable legislation, we may offer:

  • technical assistance;

  • shipment of missing components;

  • shipment of a replacement part;

  • repair;

  • replacement;

  • price reduction;

  • full or partial refund.

18. Legal Guarantee

Products are covered by the mandatory legal consumer guarantees provided by the applicable legislation of the country, state, province or territory in which the consumer resides.

For consumers residing in the United Kingdom, the rights provided by applicable UK legislation remain in force for products that must be:

  • consistent with their description;

  • of satisfactory quality;

  • fit for purpose;

  • correctly installed where installation forms part of the contract.

For consumers residing in the United States, the mandatory warranties and remedies provided by applicable federal, state and local laws remain in force.

For consumers residing in Canada, the mandatory guarantees, warranties and remedies provided by applicable federal, provincial and territorial legislation remain in force.

For consumers residing in Australia, products are covered by the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

For consumers residing in New Zealand, products are covered by the mandatory guarantees and remedies provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable legislation.

19. Additional Commercial Warranties

Some products may be accompanied by an additional commercial warranty, such as a specific warranty covering the motor or electronic components.

Where available, the commercial warranty will be described:

  • on the product page;

  • in the manual;

  • in the warranty certificate;

  • in the applicable warranty policy.

The commercial warranty is additional and does not replace or limit any mandatory legal guarantee or consumer right.

Any reference to a commercial warranty period, such as “30 years on the motor”, applies exclusively in accordance with the conditions, limitations and procedures indicated in the relevant warranty document.

20. Product Installation

Ceiling fans, lighting fixtures and other electrical products must be installed in accordance with:

  • the installation manual;

  • safety warnings;

  • technical specifications;

  • local electrical regulations;

  • applicable building regulations;

  • instructions relating to weight and the supporting structure.

Where required by law or by the nature of the product, installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician or qualified professional.

Before installation, the customer must verify:

  • voltage and electrical frequency compatibility;

  • the strength of the ceiling;

  • the correct capacity of the supporting structure;

  • the presence of all components;

  • the suitability of the product for indoor or outdoor use;

  • safety distances;

  • proper disconnection of the electrical supply.

Nordem Studio is not responsible for damage caused exclusively by incorrect installation, unauthorised modifications or use contrary to the instructions.

This exclusion does not apply where the problem results from:

  • a product defect;

  • incorrect or incomplete instructions;

  • installation carried out under the responsibility of Nordem Studio;

  • another liability that cannot be excluded by law.

21. Use and Maintenance

The customer must use the product exclusively for its intended purpose.

It is not permitted to:

  • modify electrical components;

  • use incompatible replacement parts;

  • exceed the indicated technical limits;

  • install outdoors a product intended exclusively for indoor use;

  • use the product in the presence of water or humidity where this is not authorised;

  • use a visibly damaged product;

  • continue using the product where there are signs of risk.

In the event of:

  • excessive vibration;

  • unusual noises;

  • overheating;

  • a burning smell;

  • loose components;

  • instability;

  • electrical problems;

the customer must stop using the product, safely disconnect the electrical supply and contact Nordem Studio.

22. Customer Account

Certain website features may require the creation of an account.

The customer is responsible for:

  • keeping their login credentials confidential;

  • using a secure password;

  • restricting access to their device;

  • informing Nordem Studio of any unauthorised access;

  • keeping their account information up to date.

We may suspend or close an account in the event of fraudulent activity, abuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

23. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may be subject to:

  • limited duration;

  • availability;

  • minimum order amount;

  • exclusion of certain products;

  • geographical restrictions;

  • single use;

  • inability to combine them with other offers.

Discount codes may not be:

  • sold;

  • duplicated;

  • manipulated;

  • used through multiple accounts;

  • used through automated systems;

  • applied in a manner contrary to the conditions of the promotion.

In the event of an obvious technical error, abuse or fraud, we may cancel the discount or order and refund any amount paid.
